Flicked is a video creation app for iOS. By using Flicked, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Flicked is a mobile video creation app available on iOS, developed and operated by the Flicked team ("we", "us", "our"). Flicked provides guided recording modes, auto-captions, and video export tools designed for content creators.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use Flicked. By using the app, you confirm you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent or guardian's permission.
Flicked does not require an account to use. The app works entirely on-device without sign-in. If future features require an account (such as cloud sync), these terms will be updated accordingly.
You own everything you create with Flicked. Your videos, recordings, scripts, captions, and edits belong to you. We claim no ownership, license, or rights to your content.
You are responsible for the content you create and share using Flicked. You agree not to use the app to create content that:
All content is stored on your device. If you delete the app or your device data, your content may be permanently lost. We are not responsible for content loss due to device issues, app deletion, or iOS updates. We recommend exporting important videos to your photo library.
Flicked Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks:
All core recording modes, auto-captions, and editing features are available free of charge. Flicked Plus enhances the output quality — it does not gate core functionality.
Flicked Plus is billed through Apple's App Store via your Apple ID. Prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For refunds, contact Apple directly through the App Store, as Apple handles all billing.
All subscription revenue supports the ongoing development and expansion of Flicked, with the goal of making content creation as accessible as possible for all creators.

The Flicked app, brand, logo, design, and code are owned by Flicked. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app. "Flicked" and the Flicked logo are trademarks of Flicked.

Flicked is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flicked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Flicked. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Flicked Plus in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You may stop using Flicked at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your locally stored data remains on your device — we cannot access or delete it remotely.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or on this page. Continued use of Flicked after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
These terms are between you and Flicked, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Flicked. In the event of any failure to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use of it.
